We are too far North.
By which I mean that no real good wine is grown here.
Generally the whitewine and the sekt (bubble-wine) is better than the redwine (again because of geography).
Be aware, that 'Czech' wine is grown in Bohemia - it's no surprise of course that 'Moravian' wine is from Moravia.
You can absolutely find drinkable wines here (and often the wines imported to this country are deplorable and over-priced). Apply the following golden rule: If the wine (in the supermarket) costs less than 200 CZK per 70 cl. it is dubious...
