Drink >> Czech and Moravian wines

Denis D'Or 1999

this Czech and Moravian wine was last updated on 11 Oct 02

A gentle, warm compromise; Cabernet Sauvignon mixed with Pinot Noir. This really proves how good they are in Znovin Znojmo - none of the grapes mentioned really become great joy in CZ, but together... it's far better than most French and Italian wines imported here.
My wife was given a glass in CSA economy glass (as they were out of the usual Frankovka); she told me it was divine but also that I had to try it myself (as she admits to be an ignorant concerning wine). So when I corssed the Atlantic business class a few weeks later, I had it for the first time - heard angels sing! Shared a sip with my neighbor, who had chosen some French wine - and he became envious.
For sale in most Julius Meinl and Albert shops at around CZK 120 - worth the money!
